SHIPPING TERMS
We ship all parcels with GLS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.
DENMARK:
Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.
Delivery with GLS ParcelShop & GLS BusinessParcel: 29 DKK - Price for home delivery with GLS: 49 DKK
Free delivery on all orders 499,- DKK with GLS ParcelShop to a GLS Parcelshop
EUROPE:
Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days and costs 100 DKK (13,45 EUR) on all orders.
NORWAY & SWITZERLAND:
Delivery time is typically 2-7 business days and costs 100 DKK (13,45 EUR) on all orders.
OUTSIDE EUROPE (REST OF THE WORLD):
We do not ship outside of Europe at the moment.
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
NON EU CUSTOMERS
All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.
30 DAYS RETURN RIGHT
When you shop online at www.prepair.com you have 14 days to cancel, where you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Some items are not covered by this right, and it will appear in the ordering process. Right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but are delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period from the receipt of the last item.
Do after receiving only handle the goods in a way so that you can establish the nature, characteristics and the way they operate.
To exercise the return right, you should make an unequivocal statement by email within 30 days of receipt of goods.
