HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?:
You can choose to shop as a guest or by creating an account. When you choose to create an account the system will save your information’s and give you an opportunity to keep track of all of your previously placed orders.
You choose the items you want to purchase by putting them in the cart. You are free to correct and check out the content of the cart until you have placed the order.
When you are ready to order, you click ”continue… and then you enter your name, address, email and phone number.
After that you choose how you want your package delivered.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?:
You will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox, soon after you have placed your order. Also you will receive a mail, when we are packing your order and when we ship it.
You will get a track and trace number by GLS.
Notice that GLS only delivers packages on business days.
HOW DO I RETURN/MAKE COMPLAINTS?:
PREPAIR accept returns no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please indicate the reason for your return. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. The original hangtag must also be intact. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses. We only accept returns when sent with the original receipt.
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. I HAVE RECIEVED A CREDIT NOTE; WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONEY BACK?:
As soon as we have received your return, you will get an email from us, which means that we have created a credit note and at the same time refunded your money to the credit card you used, buying the item(s). It is not necessary to give us any bank account information, because we refund your money back to the same credit card, you used, buying the item(s) in the first place.
Normally you will receive your refund during a few days, but sometimes you may expect a longer processing time.
I RECIEVED MY ORDER; BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?:
If you receive a wrong item, please let us know immediately and call us at +45 7216 1770 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you get the item, that you ordered.
I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you want to exchange a bought item, please return the original item and then make a new order on the webshop on the item you wish to buy instead. We will as soon as your return is received, refund your expenses. You have to pay for the return yourself.
SHIPPING IN DENMARK:
Shipping in Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) to a GLS shop near you 29,-DKK. Free delivery on orders 299,- DKK and to your home address for 39,- DKK. Regular service in all DK is approximately 1-3 business days.
Unfortunately it is not possible to make special agreements, when ordering, concerning delivering in outhouses, garages etc.
We ship to following countries outside Denmark:
All shipments abroad are delivered by GLS and sent as an insured package.
Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.

Price for home delivery with GLS: 39 DKK
We ship to European countries, but not outside Europe at the moment.
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
At PREPAIR we do our best to ship and deliver your package as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the delivery time during sale campaigns or holiday periods may be delayed.
We hold no responsibility for delivery delays, caused by the freight company.
